Bev Wintermann
Dental Assistant
Bev joined the Plaza Dental Care staff in 1998. Bev is a dental assistant and brings many years of dental experience to the team. She has been in the dental field for over 25 years. She and her husband Steve have been married for 40 years. They have three children Dawn, Tammy and Shawn, along with four grandchildren Alycia, Braden, Lexi and Emily. In her time away from the office she enjoys time with her grandchildren and helps her husband with auction service and boat and camper storage.
Colleen Foppe
Dental Assistant
Colleen has over 30 years in the dental field. She graduated from Kaskaskia Community College. She enjoys keeping up with the current trends in dentistry by attending continuing education courses. Colleen enjoys her career and has been with Plaza Dental Care since 2004.
Anesia Fennell
Dental Assistant
Anesia graduated from Missouri College in 2010 as a dental assistant. What she loves about being an assistant is knowing that she is part of helping someone improve their smile. Making them feel more confident. Anesia enjoys spending time with her family and friends and shopping
Jamie Dickenson
Dental Hygienist
Jamie has been with Plaza Dental Care since 2002. She completed an Associated Degree in Applied Science /Dental Hygiene from Lewis Clark Community College in 2001. She specializes in educating and motivating her patients in their oral health. Jamie resides in Greenville with her husband and two children.
Tiffany Munie
Dental Hygienist
Tiffany has been in the dental field since 2003 after graduating from Lake Land College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science/Dental Hygiene. She has been a registered dental hygienist with Plaza Dental Care since 2003. Tiffany enjoys her work and feels the one on one time spent with her patients is the most rewarding part of her job. Outside of the office she enjoys reading, boating, camping and spending time with her friends and family. Tiffany and her husband Cory reside in Pierron with their son Parker.
Kari Stempel
Dental Hygienist
Kari graduated from John A Logan College in 2007 with a degree in Applied Science/Dental Hygiene. She joined Plaza Dental Care in 2008. Kari enjoys spending time with her patients and keeping them in good oral health. When not spending time making mouths healthy, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog Chuy. She is planning a September 2012 wedding.
Cheri Fulkerson
Dental Hygienist
Cheri graduated from Lewis and Clark Community College with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 1998. She also completed a Bachelors of Science in Organizational Leadership from Greenville College in 2005. Cheri feels like the best part of being a dental hygienist is the one on one relationship developed with patients and the ability to enlighten those patients with the many advancements made in dental hygiene. In her spare time she enjoys playing golf and relaxing with her friends, family and dog Lola.
Tracy Gaffner
Practice Administrator, Financial Coordinator
Tracy began her career in dentistry over 29 years ago as a dental assistant, when she joined Plaza Dental Care in 1980. She earned a Dental Assistant certificate from Robert Morris College. After 9 years as Dr. Hellige’s chair-side assistant, she took over front office duties, later becoming the Practice Administrator. Tracy’s background in dentistry and her attention to detail, enable her to help patients with their dental care and financial arrangements. She loves the field of dentistry, as it is always advancing to help make a patient’s dental experience pleasant. Tracy has been married over 30 years and has four children and one grandchild.
Karen Gurley
Business Assistant
Karen is one of the first to greet you at our office. She enjoys talking with our patients and making them feel welcomed and relaxed. Karen has been with our practice since 1991. As our scheduling coordinator she tries to accommodate our patient’s needs. Karen has been married for 40 years, has two grown sons and four fantastic grandchildren. She loves to read and serves on many committees at her church.
